Welcome to the February Edition of The Collector Times
Our cover this month features one of my odd comics from my
dusty old boxes.

This X comic was placed in the Dallas Times Herald newspaper
to promote The Texas State Fair. Yes, thats the X- Men with
Big Tex!
I really think youll enjoy our issue this month. We have a large
gaming section this month. Rick Higginson joins the CT staff with
his new gaming column, explaining RPGing from a
newbie standpoint. Also be sure to check out his movie
review in this issue. Tim Till returns with his Rants and a
survey. Be sure to vote on how you feel about the Origins
Awards in his article. Speaking of returning writers, Ian Johnston
makes a long awaited return to Consoletations. Be sure to
check out his review of NFL GameDay 2002, along with
Zack Romans hilarious review of Metal Gear Solid 2: The
Sons of Liberty.
Our comics interview this month is with Michael Lagocki, the art
director for Ghostwerks Comics. Expect the interview to be up soon,
keep checking back. Also, be sure to read why Jason Bourgeois
is peeved at the X-books this month...hint: it has to do
with regular artists. Plus, lots, lots more.
Ive had some health problems lately that have kept me from
answering my email. Be patient, and I will catch up with you
eventually. As usual, we are glad you are here!
