Welcome to the July Edition of The Collector Times!
Our cover art this month comes to us courtesy of
Anne Timmons, artist for the upcoming series GoGirl.

Jamie Coville is taking a summer hiatus from interviewing, so your
humble editor took over the interviewing chores for this month.
I now have a fine, new appreciation for the skills that it takes
to conduct a successful interview. Anne is not only a talented artist,
but an all-around nice, patient woman who let me harass her for a
couple of months. To see the final product, and to find out about
the career of Anne Timmons, go here.
We are going to San Diego this month for Comic Con International,
so I think we should have some interesting and offline creator
interviews to tide you over this summer. I'm also going to see
what kinds of nifty fandom things I can pick up this year, so
we may be having some sort of contest when we get back.
In the meantime, we have lots of entertainment for you this issue.
Jason M. Bourgeois sings the praises of Alan Davis in
Great X-Pectations. Jeremy Mueller provides
us with a nice overview of current humor comics. Check out
Chris Reid's Random Thoughts, even if you don't game, because his
article is really funny. Wondering how Titan AE is? You can read
the Battling Siblings Review. We have lots more, too, so
take some time and look around. We are glad you are here!
