Welcome to the September Edition of The Collector Times Online!
My friend Cynthia Griffith went to see The Phantom Menace at the beginning of the summer, like the rest of us. However, as an artist, the film inspired her to paint.

Thus far, Cynthia has been painting Darth Maul. This is the second painting of the series. She has a third one in the works. If you haven't seen the first one, I suggest you go to the August Collector Times Archive and look in the Art Gallery.
This issue contains a lot of goodies for you. I didn't get to San Diego this year for Comic Con International, but luckily, Mike Solko did. He's written a con report, complete with some of the sketches he collected. Jamie Coville has interviewed Tom Brevoort about his Marvel editorial duties in Coville's Clubhouse. Ian Johnston gives us a new edition of Console-tations where we get reviews of the new Tetris and NFL Blitz 2000. Tim Till returns this month with a gamers limerick. And, as usual, much, much more.
Also, this month, we are conducting an experiment. The Collector Times has opened an irc channel on efnet, entitled, of course, #CollectorTimes. If you would like to come over and slum with the staff and our friends, feel free. We'd be thrilled to talk to you!
